The U.S. Library of Congress is more than just printed books.  Among the millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers, maps and manuscripts in its collection, it maintains a legal blawgs web archive.  The Library describes this collection as follows:

"This is a selective collection of authoritative sites (associated with American Bar Association approved law schools, research institutes, think tanks, and other expertise-based organizations) that contain unique, born digital content. These blogs contain journal-style entries, articles and essays, discussions, and comments on emerging legal issues, national and international."

It turns out that this very blog has archived in this collection since 2011.  The Library imposes a one year embargo on public access so that captures are currently available through October 19, 2019.
