On April 11, 2011, the California Department of Corporations will be moving its San Francisco office to:

In addition to the San Francisco office, Department of Corporations currently has offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego.  Applications and notices required by any of the laws administered by the Commissioner are validly filed when received in any of the offices of the Department.  However, the Commissioner has issued Release 13-G (Revised) listing the offices in which various applications and notices should be filed in order to receive expeditious handling.  In addition, the Commissioner is requiring that applications under the Affordable Credit-Building Opportunities Pilot Program - Senate Bill 1146 (Florez) Chap. 640. Stats. 2010 be filed in the Los Angeles office.
