The Glendon Tremaine Symposium has been a long-standing tradition of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  It is named for the late Glendon Tremaine, a Pasadena attorney who served as President of the LACBA. 

This year, the Los Angeles County Bar Association has gathered an especially strong group of speakers for its upcoming Glendon Tremaine Symposium on California and Delaware Law.  Speakers will include California's Commissioner of Corporations Preston DuFauchard and Chief Justice Myron Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court.  In addition, well-known corporate lawyers Jim Fotenos (California), Mark Gentile (Delaware), and Robert Pincus (Delaware) will be speaking.  

We don't often have the opportunity to see California's top securities regulator and Delaware's top judicial officer on the same stage.  This should be a remarkable program.  You can find registration information here.
