Additional Thoughts On California's Women On Boards Report

Liz Dunshee at TheCorporateCounsel.net this morning refers to one of my earlier posts on the California Secretary of State's most recent Women on Boards report and adds some additional thoughts here

One of the key "hooks" of California board quota laws is whether a publicly held corporation discloses on its on annual report  that its principal executive offices are located in California.  The SEC's EDGAR website allows you to search filings by principal executive office location.  However, it is unclear whether this search function is based on the Form 10-K disclosure.
