Yesterday's post concerned a case in which a California Court of Appeal held that an arbitrator must decide whether a former partner is an employee. This reminded me of this six year old post.
I was also reminded of a question that I have posed in several prior posts: Is a director an employee? Of course, some directors are also employees of the corporation. The question, however, is whether a director qua director is an employee. Here are some my earlier posts on the subject:
